On July 1, 2025, ArtMoments Jakarta held an Exclusive Media Dinner, inviting Editors-in-Chief from various Jakarta-based media outlets to share information about the upcoming ArtMoments Jakarta 2025, which will take place on August 7–10, 2025 at AGORA Exhibition Hall, Jakarta. The event was attended by representatives from 16 media outlets, along with 2 teams from ArtMoments, 1 team from Prefinite, and a representative from Pan Pacific Jakarta.
At 6:00 PM, media guests began arriving at the venue. Each guest was welcomed by the Prefinite Communications team with a welcome drink. The Prefinite team then introduced each arriving media representative to Mr. Sendy Widjaja, Founder & Fair Director of ArtMoments. While waiting for the full group to arrive, media representatives and the ArtMoments Jakarta team engaged in casual conversation. At 7:00 PM, the event was officially opened by Mrs. Viana Dien Igah, Managing Director of Prefinite Communications, who acted as the MC.
In the opening, the MC introduced Mr. Sjefke Jansen, Complex General Manager of Pan Pacific Jakarta, and Mr. Sendy Widjaja. The first remarks were delivered by Mr. Sjefke, who proudly introduced Pan Pacific as the venue partner for ArtMoments Jakarta 2025. This was followed by remarks from Mr. Sendy Widjaja, who shared insights into the upcoming ArtMoments Jakarta 2025 event.
As Mr. Sendy concluded his presentation, the appetizer was served, marking the start of the dinner. The event continued with the main course, as guests enjoyed a relaxed dinner filled with conversations about art. The dishes served received high praise from the attending guests.
After dessert was served and finished, Mr. Sendy announced that each guest would receive a souvenir, which was a printed version of a painting by S. Sudjojono. The evening was concluded with a group photo session.
