The Museums Commission has opened the exhibition titled "The Writings of Today Are a Promise for Tomorrow" at the Saudi Arabia Museum of Contemporary Art (SAMOCA @ Jax). This marks the first introduction of contemporary Chinese artists to Saudi Arabia, featuring over 50 art pieces by 30 artists.
The exhibition explores parallels between Arab and Chinese traditions, focusing on calligraphy and gardens as cultural expressions. Notable collections such as the Donnersberg Collection and dslcollection, alongside new works created in Saudi Arabia, are on display. The exhibition runs until January 18, 2025.
